NORTH OCEANIA RESIDENTS

North Oceania Drive is schedule to be paved from the intersection of Westward, north to the intersection of Corvette on July 24-26, 2024.

The paving company (Road and Driveway out of Newport) is requesting that on July 24th and 25th no vehicles be parked on the street (N. Oceania) in front of your resident between 7am and 4pm so thatp aving can be done to the edge of the road. The pavers said that after 2 hours, you can drive over the edging. The striping on the speed humbs will occur on Monday July 29th (weather dependent).

The paving company has informed us that if you have an emergency and need to leave, they will accommodate you. Please talk to the crew boss.

Please be observant of workers and equipment.
